• Additional Requirements
  Passport holders from the following countries are required to submit the additional documents :

• Your actual Passport or Travel Document.
  (Passport or Travel Document must not expire within 6 months and contain at least ONE completely empty visa page).
   
• 3 copy of Passport or Travel Document.
  The page(s) shows your photo , name , date and place or birth and the expiration date of passport
   
• 3 application form
  (completed and signed by the applicant. Parents can sign for the minor).
   
• 3 photos
  (Passport photo, 2” x 2”, color, front-view, taken within 6 months, and write your name and last name on the back of each photo).
   
• 3 copies of Alien Registration card which permits applicant to reside legally in the Republic of Korea
   
• 3 copies of airline ticket
  confirmed onward ticket – showing flights into and out of Thailand. Either paper ticket or confirmed e-ticket is acceptable. Itinerary is NOT accepted. If applying for 2 entries, ticket must show 2 entries into Thailand.
   
• Required documents to prove of the occupation in English  

              - Students (the holders of D-2 or D-4 visa) - please provide 1 original and 2 copies of Certificate of Enrollment from schools/universities 

              - Workers (the holders of D-3 or D-7 or E-9 visa) - please provide 1 original and 2 copies of Certificate of Employment

              - Spouses or families of Korean citizens (the holders of F2-1 or F-5) - please provide 1 original and 2 copies of Family Certificate (translate from Korean to English, notified by lawyer and certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea)

              - Businesspersons (the holders of D-8 or D-9) - please provide 1 original and 2 copies of Certificate for Business Registraion which issued from Tax Office (in English)  

              - Accompanying persons (the holders of F-3) - please provide 1 original and 2 copies of Marriage Certificate or Birth Certificate (translate to English and certified by Embassy of your country)  

• 3 copies of applicant’s recent bank statement in English  *must be more than 3,000usd
   

*Iran and Nigeria passport holder have to be 1 Original and 3 copies 

*Nigeria passport holder must present 1 original and 3 copies of the Certificate of Clearance issued by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency of Nigeria or the visa process might take approximately 1 month.

*Iranian need 4 set of Criminal Record

*It takes over a month for North Korea,Iraq nd Afghanistan nationalities to announce the result of visa application as permission of Thai Ministry of Forign Affair is needed.

*Holder of G-1 visa, please provide related documents from Korean authority concerned to prove your temporary stay in the Republic of Korea.     

• Every category of visas to enter Thailand except for business purpose, are suspended to holder of passport including Iraqi who are holding travel document of other countries.
• In case that the applicant is an UN official or official of International Organization and wishes to attend UN meeting or any conference, seminar hosted by Thai government agency, the applicant is requested to contact the Royal Thai Embassy in Seoul. The permission for visa issuance from the Ministry of foreign Affairs is required
