Ambassador Tanee leads the consular team and Labour team of the Royal Thai Embassy, Seoul to provide the 1/2025 mobile consular services and the legal consultation at the Daejeon Support Center for Foreign Residents
On 11-12 January 2025, H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador of Thailand to the ROK, led the consular team and labour team of the Royal Thai Embassy, Seoul, and Hanmaru Law Firm to provide the 1/2568 mobile consular services and legal consultation, including immigration law, labour law, and the visa application process for the purpose of living in the ROK legally, the general ROK law, and one-on-one legal consultation at the Daejeon Support Center for Foreign Residents in Daejeon Metropolitan City. Ambassador Tanee met with more than 350 Thai people receiving consular services and discussed with Miss Kim Yun Hee, Director of Daejeon Support Center for Foreign Residents, to strengthen cooperation between the Royal Thai Embassy, Seoul, and Daejeon Support Centre for Foreign Residents. He also met with Thai community leaders and students from Daejeon and nearby areas.

Ambassador Tanee emphasizes education being fundamental to national development, international and people-to-people relations
On November 21, 2024, Ambassador Tanee Sangrat joined the 2024 Sharing Stories of the Asia-Pacific Education Movements Conference and welcomed teachers and educators from Asian-Pacific countries to exchanges best teaching and learning practices and skills. He emphasized the importance of teachers who are in the “driver seat” in national development and preparing the young generations and societies for a world that has more tension from conflicts in many regions and international situation that is less stable and predictable as well as for opportunities from technology and innovation.
