Entry procedures for non-Thai nationals who are eligible to enter the Kingdom of Thailand:
Step 1: Please check whether the applicant has already acquired a valid visa.
1.1 If the eligible applicant does not have a valid visa, please proceed to step 2.
1.2 If the eligible applicant has a valid visa, please skip to step 5.
Step 2: Applicant books the date to submit the required documents for visa via the link: https://forms.gle/eFVABMvHS92iRY737
Step 3: Applicant submits the following documents at the Embassy’s visa section on an appointment date that is booked via the link in step 2:
3.1 A valid passport;
3.2 A health insurance policy covering treatment and medical expenses related to COVID-19 with a minimum coverage of
USD 100,000 or equivalent in other currencies. The insurance must cover the entire duration of stay in Thailand;
3.3 A copy of the Declaration Form completely filled-in and signed;
3.4 A visa application form completely filled-in and signed; and
3.5 Additional required documents for each type of visa application.

Step 4: Applicant picks up visa and instruction on how to apply for an online COE at the Embassy’s visa section on the appointment date.
Step 5: Applicant applies for an online COE via https://coethailand.mfa.go.th
5.1 Applicant registers for COE application by filling in personal details and uploading supporting documents.
5.2 Applicant who has been pre-approved can book
5.2.1 Semi-commercial flight ticket (please contact the airline directly); and
5.2.2 Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) or Alternative Local Quarantine (ALQ) only in Chonburi and Prachinburi for a period of full 14 days counting from the date of arrival. (List of ASQ/ALQ facilities can be found at http://hsscovid.com)
5.3 Applicant uploads a copy of an e-ticket and a copy of confirmed reservation of ASQ or ALQ online.
5.4 When the COE has been approved, applicant can download and print out the online COE.
Step 6: Applicant is required to present the following documents at the port of the embarkation and upon entry into the Kingdom of Thailand:
6.1 A COE;
6.2 A health insurance policy covering treatment and medical expenses related to COVID-19 with a minimum coverage
of USD 100,000.- (or equivalent in other currencies);
6.3 A medical certificate with RT-PCR laboratory result indicating that COVID-19 is not detected, issued no more than 72 hours before travelling; and
6.4 A Fit to Fly / Fit to Travel health certificate.
