Thai nationals residing in the ROK are invited to get consultations regarding all types of civil registration documents, such as birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates, divorce registrations, national identification cards, and legalization, from the Bureau of Registration Administration, Department of Provincial Administration, and the Legalization Division, Department of Consular Affairs, free of charge. No advance reservation is required.
