On 1 December 2023, Mr. Bancha Yuenyongchongcharoen, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission on behalf of the Royal Thai Embassy in Seoul, attended the 14th Governors Association of the Republic of Korea (GAROK) luncheon meeting with foreign missions in the ROK, organized by GAROK at the Shilla Seoul with objective to promote relations between metropolitan cities and provinces in the ROK and foreign embassies in Seoul through cooperation in areas of sister city, international conference and in-bound and out-bound training programs.
