On 9 March 2022, Group Captain Thanan Thipawes, Air Attaché, together with Air Cadet Poompong Ratcharak met with Mr. Bancha Yuenyongchongcharoen, Charge d’affaires of the Royal Thai Embassy in Seoul on the occasion of Air Cadet Poompong's completion of studies at the Air Force Academy of the Republic of Korea. Air Cadet Poompong is also the first Thai Air cadet who receives the Certificate of Award for Outstanding International Cadet from the General Park In Ho, Chief of Staff of the Republic of Korea Air Force.
