ใบรับรองโสด

ใบรับรองโสด (หนังสือรับรองสถานภาพสมรส) สามารถดำเนินขอได้ที่อำเภอที่ประเทศไทยด้วยตัวเองเท่านั้น
หากไม่สามารถไปดำเนินการด้วยตัวเอง สามารถทำหนังสือมอบอำนาจให้บุคคลที่ประเทศไทยไปดำเนินการแทนได้

ผู้มอบอำนาจจะต้องเข้ามาดำเนินการด้วยตัวเองที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ เท่านั้น
กรุณาเตรียมเอกสารมายื่นประกอบคำร้องดังนี้

เอกสารประกอบคำร้องใบมอบอำนาจเพื่อไปขอใบรับรองสถานภาพสมรส (ใบรับรองโสด)
1. บัตรประชาชนตัวจริงที่ไม่หมดอายุ และสำเนา 2 ฉบับ
2. หนังสือเดินทางตัวจริงที่ไม่หมดอายุ และสำเนา 2 ฉบับ *กรณีนำใบโสดไปใช้จดทะเบียนสมรสกับชาวต่างชาติ หนังสือเดินทางต้องมีอายุเท่านั้น*
3. ค่าธรรมเนียม 22,000 วอน (ต่อหนังสือมอบอำนาจ 1 ใบ / รับเฉพาะเงินสด)
4. รับเองที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ใช้เวลาดำเนินการ 4 วันทำการ (รับทางไปรษณีย์ใช้เวลาดำเนินการประมาณ 1 สัปดาห์ ส่งเฉพาะในเกาหลีใต้)

กรณีนำใบโสดไปใช้จดทะเบียนสมรสกับชาวต่างชาติ ต้องการมอบอำนาจแปลและรับรองเอกสารด้วย ต้องเตรียมสำเนาข้อ 1 และ 2 มาอย่างละ 3 ใบ พร้อมค่าธรรมเนียม 44,000วอน เนื่องจากต้องใช้หนังสือมอบอำนาจ 2 ชุดค

กรุณาเตรียมบัตรประชาชนและหนังสือเดินทางตัวจริงมาให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบ
สามารถเข้ามาติดต่อได้ตามวันและเวลาทำการของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ โดยไม่ต้องสำรองคิวล่วงหน้า
วันและเวลาทำการจันทร์ - ศุกร์ 09.00 - 12.00 และ 13.00 - 15.00 น.(กรุณาตรวจสอบวันหยุดราชการของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ที่หน้าเว็บไซต์ หรือเฟสบุ๊ค)

กรณีขอเอกสารมาเพื่อใช้จดทะเบียนสมรสกับคนต่างชาติ จะต้องมีทั้งบัตรประชาชนและหนังสือเดินทางที่ยังมีอายุ
หากใช้เพื่อจดทะเบียนสมรสกับคนไทย ใช้เพียงบัตรประชาชนที่ยังมีอายุได้

태국인의 미혼증명서는 태국에 구청에서 만 발급 가능합니다.
태국인 본인이 직접 발급 하지 못 하는 경우 주하태국대사관에서 방문해서 태국에 있는 태국인에게 위임장을 발급하고 대신 진행 가능합니다.

*외국국적과 혼인하려면 태국 외교부 영사확인 필요해서 무조건 여권 만료 기간 있어야 함*
구비 서류 :
1. 원본 태국 신분증 + 사본 3 장
2. 원본 태국 여권 + 사본 3 장

3.수수료 22,000원 (현금만 가능)
- 소요기간 (근무일 기준): 방문수령 4일/ 우편수령 1주일

Certificate of marital status

Certificate of marital status can only be obtained from the local district in Thailand.
In the case that the applicants cannot leave South Korea, it is possible to obtain a power of attorney for persons in Thailand to obtain the document on their behalf.

In order to make the power of attorney, applicants must visit the Royal Thai Embassy and apply in person only.
Please prepare these following documents:

1. Valid Thai national ID card (+ 2 copies)
2. Passport (+2 copies)
* In case of marriage registration with a Non-Thai individual, passport must be valid
3. The fee of 22,000 won (per one power of attorney/cash only)
4. The document can be picked up at the Embassy after 4 business days
(About 1 week in case of postal delivery, only domestic address within the Republic of Korea is possible)

*** Thai National ID card must be in good condition and not expired ***

In case that the applicants would like to register the marriage with the Korean government or other Embassy on South Korea,
applicants must have their certificate of marital status document notarized by Thailand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Thailand.
In the case that the applicants cannot leave South Korea, the applicants can make power of attorney for document notarization at the Royal Thai Embassy.
(Required document: additional one copy of Thai National ID card and passport + additional fee of 22,000 won)

*** In case of power of attoney for document legalization, applicants MUST HAVE VALID PASSPORT THAT IS NOT EXPIRED ***

Applicants can apply at the Embassy on business days from Monday to Friday 09.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 15.00 without reservation.
Please bring your ID card and passport on the day of visit.
