On 23 June 2025, H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador to the ROK, met with Ms. Choi Bo-yun, Member of the National Assembly and Member of the ROK-Thailand Parliamentary Friendship Group, to discuss pathways in elevating trade and investment between both countries and strengthening labour cooperation.

The Ambassador and the Assemblywoman further discussed opportunities to promote cooperation on capacity-building for persons with disabilities, as well as business promotion and cultural exchanges. Ambassador Tanee invited Assemblywoman Choi to the Sawasdee Seoul Thai Festival 2025, to be organised in September 2025, and the upcoming Ignite Thailand-Korea Business Forum in Bangkok in November 2025.
