On 26 August 2024, H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador of Thailand to the ROK, delivered an opening remarks at Thailand-ROK Investment Forum, organized by the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI), highlighting the investment opportunities between Thailand and the ROK and Thailand’s readiness as an ideal destination for foreign investors with its strong infrastructure, skilled human resources, and government policies supporting foreign investment.
Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, the Secretary General of the BOI, as well as representatives from PTT, EXIM Bank and the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) shared their insights on the business opportunities between the two countries and investment incentives in Thailand, followed by business matchings between participating Thai companies, including from CPF, B Grimm, PTT, and Korean companies.
