On 16 September 2022, H.E. Ambassador Witchu Vejjajiva met with Mr. Ryu Seong Pil, Acting Chairman and General Director of Policy Planning Agency of Jeju Technopark (JTP), to discuss possible cooperation between JTP and Thailand. The Ambassador was briefed on the mission of JTP in promoting the competitiveness of local SMES in Jeju through support of resource and technology development and marketing as well as JTP's collaboration with Jeju's Creative Center, which helps incubate potential startups. The two sides also discussed prospect for cooperation especially in JTP’s targeted areas of interest such as biotechnology and cosmetics.
