On 27 June 2025, H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador of Thailand to the ROK, together with Ms. Chananya Punnarugsa, Commercial Attachés, visited NEXTRISE 2025, one of the ROK’s largest startup exhibitions, which brings together startups from around the world to showcase their potentials and connect with key players in the startup ecosystem, including venture capitalists and global partners.

This year, more than 10 Thai startups participated in the event, comprising DoseArt, Comache Gogoji, System Stone, The Keeper Limited, K.G. & Patrick, Inflight, Sable, Digital Era Group, OsseoLabs, Arincare, and Cubika. These companies represent a wide range of sectors such as biotechnology and healthcare, artificial intelligence, information and communications technology (ICT), future manufacturing, big data, content creation, and smart living solutions.

Ambassador Tanee reaffirmed the Embassy’s commitment to supporting the expansion of Thai startups into the Korean market. He also encouraged Thai entrepreneurs to actively explore partnership opportunities and strengthen their regional presence through innovation and collaboration.
