Step 1: Please check whether the applicant has already acquired a valid visa.

1.1 If the eligible applicant does not have a valid visa,please proceed to step 2.

1.2 If the eligible applicant has a valid visa, please skip to step 5.

Step 2: The applicant is required to apply for a visa online via the link https://www.thaievisa.go.th/

Step 3: Applicant submits a valid passport and the required documents at the Embassy’s visa section on an appointment date that is booked via the link in step 2 in person or by post.

Step 4: Applicant picks up a passport and visa on the appointment date or receives a passport and visa by post.

Step 5: Applicant applies for an online COE via https://coethailand.mfa.go.th

Step 6: Applicant must download ThailandPlus Application on mobile phone before departing from the Republic of Korea to Thailand and present the following documents at the port of the embarkation and upon entry into the Kingdom of Thailand :

6.1 A passport with a valid visa or a valid re-entry permit;

6.2 A COE;

6.3 A health insurance policy covering treatment and medical expenses related to COVID-19 with a minimum coverage of USD 100,000.- (or equivalent in other currencies). Travelers are advised to purchase the health insurance that meets Thailand’s entry criteria from http://covid19.tgia.org/;

6.4 A medical certificate with RT-PCR laboratory result indicating that COVID-19 is not detected, issued no more than 72 hours before departure time; and

6.5 (if vaccinated) An original vaccine certificate or a copy of online vaccine certificate.
