On 14 December 2025, H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador of Thailand to the Republic of Korea, attended a press conference on Thailand’s air traffic management framework by senior executives from Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd. (AEROTHAI) including Mr. Pichet Kunadhamrak, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Surachai Nooprom, Deputy President and Acting President, aimed at accommodating increasing air traffic demand and enhancing service efficiency.

On this occasion, Ambassador Tanee highlighted the role of the Royal Thai Embassy in protecting and assisting Thai nationals overseas, as well as the importance of the Republic of Korea as one of Thailand’s key travel markets.  He also emphasized the promotion of sustainable economic and tourism cooperation, including efforts to raise awareness of Thai destinations beyond major cities.

On 15 December 2025, the Ambassador welcomed Mr. Pichet Kunadhamrak, Chairman of the Board of AEROTHAI, together with his delegation, during their visit to the Consular Section of the Royal Thai Embassy in Seoul. The delegation was briefed on the roles and responsibilities of the Consular Section, including consular services and assistance provided to Thai nationals in the Republic of Korea.
