On 15 December 2025, H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador of Thailand to the Republic of Korea, along with Mr. Chawadol Nipathannont, Minister, and Ms. Saithong Soiphet, Minister Counsellor (Commercial), paid a visit to M&F, one of the first and the largest importers of Thai products to the South Korea, managed by Mr. Stanley Park, Honorary Trade Advisor of Thailand in South Korea.

Ambassador Tanee was briefed on an overview of Thai product imports into the Korean market, consumer demand trends, as well as product management and logistics systems for imported goods and discussed ways to promote more imports of Thai products to the Korean market with
Mr. Stanley Park and Ms. Pawinee Daokaew and Ms. Prapai Choi, key Thai products importers.

Ambassador Tanee expressed his readiness to provide support and facilitation to importers in order to further promote and expand the import of Thai products into South Korea and will host a meeting with Thai product importers for further discussions on the way forward.
