On 31 December 2024, Mr. Bancha Yuenyongchongcharoen, Charge’ de’affaires a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy paid respect at the Memorial altars at Seoul City Hall during the ROK’s 7 day national mourning for the public over a deadly plane crash at Muan Airport in South Jeolla Province on 29 December 2024, which claimed 179 lives on board including 2 Thai nationals.

 

The Royal Thai Embassy would like to invite Thai nationals in the ROK to pay respect for the victims at Memorial altars in 17 cities and provinces in the ROK which will be officially organized during 31 December 2024-4 January 2025.
