On 23 September 2026, the Seoul–Thailand Startup & Innovation Space (STSiS), in collaboration with USAKO Group, organised the Third STSiS Session for Thai Startups in a hybrid format at the Residence of the Ambassador of Thailand to Korea and via Facebook live. H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador of Thailand to Korea and Founder of STSiS, delivered the welcoming remarks and officially launched the event.
The session aimed to build knowledge for the Thai startup entrepreneurs and get them ready for expanding their businesses into Korea and the U.S.’ markets through the presentations on “How to Prepare Your Startup to Scale and Enter the South Korean and U.S. Markets” and “Scaling Thai Startups Globally: Preparing for Entry into the South Korean and U.S. Markets in the Age of AI”, providing information and practical recommendations on preparing for international business expansion, as well as trends and opportunities for startups in the era of artificial intelligence (AI), by Dr. Han Ko, Chief Executive Officer of USAKO Group.
The event marked the third session organised by STSiS since its launch on 17 June 2026. STSiS aims to strengthen connections among startup ecosystems in Thailand, the Republic of Korea, and other countries by creating business opportunities and supporting entrepreneurs in expanding into new markets through both inbound activities for foreign startups interested in entering the Thai market and outbound activities for Thai startups seeking to expand into international markets.
