On 23 August 2023, Ambassador of Thailand and the Royal Thai Embassy officials joined the civil defense drill for air raid situations as campaigned by ROK's Ministry of Interior and Public Safety. The Embassy team received kind cooperation from Cheil Company in introducing a shelter space and facilitating the drill, which is greatly useful for the Embassy's emergency preparedness and improvement of its emergency evacuation plan.
