On 25 March 2026, H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador of Thailand, welcomed a teachers and students from Baekhak Middle School on a study visit to the Royal Thai Embassy, Seoul. Ambassador Tanee gave a welcoming remarks highlighting the historical background of Thailand–ROK relations, the strong people-to-people ties between the two countries, the role of an Ambassador and the mission of the Thai Embassy in Seoul in managing bilateral relations, promoting economic interests, and providing consular services.

Ms. Jidapa Lumyong, Minister Counsellor, gave a briefing on key aspects of Thailand, including its geography, culture, and major tourist attractions.
