On 20 August 2026, H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador of Thailand to the ROK, presided over the opening ceremony of “The Thailand Privilege Card Exclusive Business Briefing” at Lotte Hotel Seoul, Seoul, co-hosted by Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Seoul Office.
Ambassador emphasised that Thailand has strong economic potential, supported by high-quality infrastructure and facilities, as well as comprehensive capabilities in tourism, services, healthcare and wellness, food, creative industries, and other high-value businesses and services. Thailand is therefore well positioned to accommodate travellers seeking leisure, business opportunities, investment, or a long-term base of residence—all within a single destination.
Mr. Manatase Annawat, the President of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., introduced and promoted the Thailand Privilege Card membership and its exclusive benefits, offering long-term visas ranging from 5 to 20 years, VIP airport services, government concierge services, Member Contact Center (MCC), and a range of lifestyle privileges such as private golf outings and world-class spa treatments. The event provided an opportunity to introduce these benefits to Korean travel agencies, media, businesspeople, and representatives from the business sector, who constitute a high-potential target group for travel to Thailand.
Currently, the ROK ranks among the top 10 countries with the highest number of Thailand Privilege Card memberships.
