During 19-20 September 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Seoul organised the 7th Mobile Consular Services in 2026 at the Wellpark Hotel in Gochang to provide consular services and legal briefings to the Thai community.

During the two-day mobile consular services, a total of 429 Thai nationals received consular services, including 250 passport applications, 157 Thai ID card applications, and 22 civil registration and document legalisation services.

On this occasion, Mrs. Sirirat Srichart, Labour Attaché, and Mr. Krist Mekkriengkrai, Head of Consular Section, met with Thai nationals attending the mobile consular services. They also visited Thai workers at a melon farm, a grilled meat restaurant, and a Korean rice cake factory in Gochang to observe their working conditions and enquire about their well-being.
