On 7 July 2023, Ambassador Witchu Vejjajiva welcomed Wattana Girls’ Chorus and their teachers from Wattana Wittaya Academy, who has recently won a silver medal from 12th World Choir Games in Gangneung, Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea on July 4, 2023.

 

On this occasion, the Ambassador congratulated Wattana Girls’ Chorus on their achievements and encouraged the Chorus team to reap benefits from participating in the Competition, learning their own strengths and weaknesses as well as others’. The Wattana Girls' Chorus also performed 4 songs for the Embassy’s participants, namely (1) Kishu no to Osan (2) Deep River (3) Sawasdee and (4) Thong Chat, before bidding a farewell.
